The Missonis' Influence on Contemporary Design



As a follow-up to my recent post on Missoni and Missoni Home (including the very darling Missoni family) I want to illustrate how strong and far-reaching their influence has been on contemporary international design. The following pictures  - mostly NOT Missonis - are all exemplary of both Missoni patterns and color combinations.

  1. Kate-This is a visual feast! I love the striped chairs, but I am afraid I might be a little "overstimulated in the Missoni hotel :) Thanks for the information on the Herend pottery. I have had a hard time tracking down reliable information!
